Description

miro-phleb is an open-cell polyurethane foam bandage designed for applying medical compression bandages. Thanks to its low elasticity, it provides effective compression with high working pressure and low resting pressure. The open-cell foam structure adapts perfectly to anatomical contours, ensures even pressure distribution, increases comfort, and stays in place. At the same time, it helps reduce local pressure peaks and facilitates the secure application of compression bandages. miro-phleb is suitable both as a component of multilayer compression systems and to support the treatment of venous and lymphatic disorders.

Kontraindikationen / Warnhinweise

- Advanced peripheral arterial disease (PAD)
- Decompensated heart failure
- Septicaemic phlebitis
- Phlegmasia coerulea dolens
- Known hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients
- Application to open wounds without a suitable wound dressing
